Day of Pickup: Wednesdays and Saturdays (Saturday being Heavy trash day) - Trash needs to be placed at the curb by 7:00 AM. Trash can be placed at curbside after 6 pm the night before the pickup day.

Trash service days are every Wednesday and FRIDAY. Please place trash at the curbside in containers or bags not exceeding 50 gallons or weighing over 50 pounds.

Trees, shrubs, and brush trimmings must be bundled in lengths no greater than four (4) feet with no branch diameter exceeding three (3) inches.

Bulk items such as appliances, furniture, and cardboard boxes (flattened) will be picked up either day. Federal law requires that refrigerators, freezers, or anything containing Freon have an accompanying bill to validate the Freon has been drained.

Items excluded from normal collection are dirt, rocks, concrete, tires, batteries, motor oil, cooking oil, waste generated by a private contractor, or any items deemed as hazardous. The Fort Bend County Recycling and Environmental Center in Rosenberg will recycle many non-hazardous and household hazardous waste items. Recycling day is every Saturday. Items accepted for recycling are newspaper, any plastic items with the #1 thru #5 and #7 recycling symbol, and aluminum and bi-metal "tin" cans. Please write your address on your recycling bin, and leave the bin for the next occupant if the house is vacated. Replacement bins cost $7.00 each.

Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. When regular pick-up falls on a holiday, the pick-up will be made on the next regularly scheduled pick-up day.
